This report analyzes the leadership and cultural integration challenges following the merger of two commercial real estate firms. Using Lewin’s Force Field Analysis, Ward’s Leadership Lifecycle, and Groysberg and Slind’s ‘Four I’s Framework, it highlights how misalignment, top-down communication, and lack of employee engagement disrupted cohesion and productivity. A bottom-up leadership strategy is proposed, introducing a Culture Web Survey and Scorecard to foster transparency, collaboration, and inclusion, ensuring long-term cultural realignment and organizational resilience.
